NOTA DI CANTINA is a project born from the need to find a dimension to the experiments made at the winery, in this way we were able to share some tastings that made us fall in love.

Tenuta La Palazza, in the locality of Massa di Vecchiazzano, is characterized by a rich and fertile territory; land of Sangiovese within the Doc of Predappio, it is also home to vineyards of Chardonnay, Riesling and Cabernet as well as rows of ancient native plants.

The wines in this project are special, collectible wines, bottled in small quantities, not repeated over the years and always different. Each NOTA DI CANTINAis an episode in itself, a special emotion, a unique discovery.

As the name suggests, the bottle labels are stories, they are diary pages in which we note things that have excited us during our journey in the vineyard and cellar.

The label also shows the progressive bottling number, the total number of bottles produced, and the vintage year.

NOTA DI CANTINA is not distinguished by type of wine, they are not always whites or reds, rosés or bubbles, they are emotions, experimentations, surprises of tastings that gave us a smile, and that we wanted to share by bottling them.

NOTA DI CANTINA is a diary of our tireless desire to experiment and find new combinations that can give birth to exceptional wines, just as our father, Claudio Drei Donà, taught us.
